These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GPS Cameramobile application (the "App") and this website (the "Site"), operated by GPS Camera ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

1. The service

GPS Camera provides tools to capture photos with location and integrity-related features, and this Site may offer informational content and a browser-based verification experience. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the service or other users.
• Misrepresent location or metadata in ways that could deceive third parties where prohibited by law.
• Use automated means to abuse the Site or App in a way that impairs availability.

4. Location, camera, and permissions

The App requires permissions you grant on your device (e.g., camera, location, storage). You are responsible for compliance with local laws when recording images or locations, including obtaining consent from people you photograph where required.

5. Verification and integrity

Features that embed or verify data (including hashes and signatures) are provided to increase confidence in file integrity. They do not guarantee truth of real-world events, legal admissibility, or suitability for any regulated use case. You remain responsible for how you use exported photos and metadata.

6. Third-party services

The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, ads, cloud, analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Site may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the App, Site, branding, and related materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in line with these Terms. You retain rights to photos you create; we do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), IF APPLICABLE.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the App or Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you select for your business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
